    The Pointer Offer

    Hiring a team?
    Pay 12%.

Retained search for four or more roles briefed together. A fixed retainer per role starts the search and is credited against the 12% due at each start date. One recruiter dedicated to your brief, exclusively, until the seats are filled.

    Why Retained

Three Reasons a Block Is Different

    01

    One Recruiter, Your Whole Brief

A retained block gets one practitioner-recruiter dedicated to it, exclusively, until the seats are filled. One brief, one pipeline, one person who knows every candidate and every hiring manager, rather than four roles competing for attention.

    02

Built for a Block of Hires

Four or more roles briefed together is a team build, and we run it like one: a shared candidate pool, a single assessment rubric, and usually a Hiring Day so the whole cohort is assessed side by side and starts together.

    How Hiring Days work
    03

    12% Per Hire, Retainer Credited

A fixed retainer per role is invoiced to start the search and comes off the 12% due at each start date. You are never paying twice, and every hire still carries the 4-month replacement guarantee and 12 months of enablement.

Is a Block Really a Block?

Brief four or more roles together and the fee is 12% per hire on retained terms: exclusive, a dedicated recruiter, and a fixed retainer per role invoiced to start the search and credited against the fee at each start date. Five hires spread over two years is not a block.

    Retained fits when

    • Four or more seats, one window
    • A new team, a launch, or a rebuild
    • One hiring manager or one region
    • A brief you can sign off on today

    Pick another option when

    • One role now, maybe more next year
    • Roles that will be briefed one at a time
    • A search you want to run alongside other agencies

One role at a time is still the same hire, just paid differently: 1.5% a month, 16% split, or 14% once. See the other three
