Coaching & Programs
Roleplay Scenario Builder
Build realistic sales roleplay scenarios with facilitator instructions, scoring prompts, and progression levels for coaching and readiness programs. Use when asked to create practice drills for discovery, demos, objections, negotiation, or executive conversations. Route requests to score real call performance to call-review-coach and requests to audit discovery execution against a rubric to discovery-rubric-auditor.
Roleplay Scenario Builder
Design scenario packs that produce measurable behavior change, not scripted theater.
Confirm Inputs First
- If a current revenue-enablement-context exists, use it first for ICP, persona, stage, and messaging constraints. If not, ask for only the highest-impact missing context.
- Confirm target role: SDR, AE, SE, AM, or manager.
- Confirm capability focus: discovery, demo, commercial conversation, or objection handling.
- Confirm scenario context: segment, buyer persona, and deal stage.
- Confirm difficulty level: baseline, stretch, or advanced.
- Confirm scoring expectations: pass/fail, numeric rubric, or qualitative feedback.
If inputs are incomplete, ask only for missing essentials. If needed, proceed with labeled assumptions.
Read The Right Reference
- Read references/roleplay-scenario-framework.md before generating scenarios.
Default Workflow
- Define the behavior target and anti-patterns to avoid.
- Choose scenario archetypes and difficulty progression from the reference.
- If real call or objection evidence is available, ground scenarios in anonymized field patterns.
- Create scenario brief for participant, buyer persona, and facilitator.
- Add realistic tension points, curveballs, and decision moments.
- Provide scoring prompts aligned to observable behaviors.
- Add debrief prompts that convert outcomes into next-practice actions.
Tool Notes
- Keep scenario generation tool-agnostic by default.
- If LMS or coaching platforms exist, format outputs to their schema only when requested.
Output Contract
Scenario Set: 3-5 scenarios with increasing difficulty.Participant Brief: context, objective, constraints, and success criteria.Facilitator Guide: timing, escalation cues, and prompts.Buyer Persona Script: likely questions, concerns, and pushback.Scoring Prompts: observable pass/fail markers or numeric criteria.Debrief Guide: reflection questions and next-practice actions.
Quality Bar
- Keep scenarios commercially realistic and stage-appropriate.
- Test for behavior change, not memorized scripts.
- Ensure scoring is observable and consistent across reviewers.
- Include at least one unexpected turn to test adaptation.
- When evidence-derived scenarios are used, preserve realism while removing identifying details.

All playbooks →Onboarding Program Builder
Build role-based onboarding programs that reduce ramp time and improve early performance quality. Use when the user asks for onboarding plans, 30-60-90 structures, competency-based ramp plans, manager-guided onboarding, or onboarding validation checkpoints for sales or customer-facing teams. Route formal readiness scoring and assessor calibration to certification-program-builder.
Certification Program Builder
Create role-based certification programs with clear scoring criteria, evaluation prompts, and calibration rules. Use when the user asks to design readiness certification, pass/fail standards, assessor guides, or repeatable certification workflows for sales or customer-facing roles. Route broader onboarding plan design to onboarding-program-builder.
Enablement Program Design
Design end-to-end revenue enablement programs with clear scope, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes. Use when the user asks for a new enablement initiative, program charter, rollout plan, or structured program design for onboarding, launches, coaching, or readiness. Route quarter-level scheduling requests to quarterly-enablement-planner.
Quarterly Enablement Planner
Build a quarterly revenue enablement plan and operating cadence across launches, onboarding, coaching, and field support. Use when the user asks to plan next quarter, design an enablement calendar, sequence initiatives, or align enablement work to business priorities and capacity. Route full initiative chartering to enablement-program-design and launch-specific readiness buildouts to product-launch-enablement.
