Coaching & Programs
Enablement Program Design
Design end-to-end revenue enablement programs with clear scope, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes. Use when the user asks for a new enablement initiative, program charter, rollout plan, or structured program design for onboarding, launches, coaching, or readiness. Route quarter-level scheduling requests to quarterly-enablement-planner.
Enablement Program Design
Design an enablement program that changes field behavior and ties to business outcomes.
Confirm Inputs First
Confirm:
- Program objective and business problem
- Audience and roles in scope
- Timeline and constraints
- Executive sponsor and accountable owner
- Success metrics or decision criteria
- Whether a current context artifact from
revenue-enablement-contextexists
If critical items are missing, ask for only what blocks scope decisions. Otherwise proceed with labeled assumptions.

Default Workflow
- Reuse current
revenue-enablement-contextif available; otherwise label foundational assumptions. - Define target behavior change and why it matters to revenue outcomes.
- Set scope boundaries, in-scope roles, and exclusions.
- Build a phased plan: design, pilot, rollout, reinforcement.
- Map required assets and owners by phase.
- Build a cross-functional owner matrix and change-management plan.
- Define measurement plan with leading and lagging indicators.
- Identify operating risks and mitigation actions.
- Produce a charter and 90-day execution plan.
What To Avoid
- Framing a training activity as the goal instead of behavior change.
- Missing sponsor and decision-right clarity across teams.
- Overloaded rollout scope with no pilot boundary.
- No reinforcement plan after initial launch.
Tool Notes
- Keep the workflow tool-agnostic by default.
- If the user already uses project tools, map plan artifacts to their existing system instead of inventing new tooling.
Output Contract
Default output includes:
- Program charter
- 90-day phased rollout plan
- Asset and owner matrix
- Cross-functional owner and decision-right matrix
- Measurement plan
- Risk and mitigation register
Quality Bar
- Program solves a specific commercial problem, not a generic training goal.
- Ownership and timeline are concrete enough to execute.
- Reinforcement is planned, not treated as a one-time event.
- Cross-functional dependencies and decision rights are explicit.
- Metrics can be observed with available systems.

More from Coaching & Programs
All playbooks →Onboarding Program Builder
Build role-based onboarding programs that reduce ramp time and improve early performance quality. Use when the user asks for onboarding plans, 30-60-90 structures, competency-based ramp plans, manager-guided onboarding, or onboarding validation checkpoints for sales or customer-facing teams. Route formal readiness scoring and assessor calibration to certification-program-builder.
Certification Program Builder
Create role-based certification programs with clear scoring criteria, evaluation prompts, and calibration rules. Use when the user asks to design readiness certification, pass/fail standards, assessor guides, or repeatable certification workflows for sales or customer-facing roles. Route broader onboarding plan design to onboarding-program-builder.
Quarterly Enablement Planner
Build a quarterly revenue enablement plan and operating cadence across launches, onboarding, coaching, and field support. Use when the user asks to plan next quarter, design an enablement calendar, sequence initiatives, or align enablement work to business priorities and capacity. Route full initiative chartering to enablement-program-design and launch-specific readiness buildouts to product-launch-enablement.
Manager Coaching Cadence
Design repeatable manager coaching cadences for revenue teams, including weekly agendas, coaching prompts, and inspection loops. Use when the user asks to improve manager coaching consistency, create ongoing coaching rhythms, or operationalize call and deal coaching without adding heavy process. Route one-call analysis to call-review-coach and deal-level diagnostics to deal-inspection-coach.
