    The actual role

    You'd be across Google Ads and Meta accounts every day.

    Different clients, different verticals, different levels of digital maturity. Real budgets, real consequences.

    Your job is making the complex feel simple — for clients and for the team around you.

    Day to day:

    • Running and optimising paid campaigns across Google and Meta — big annual spends, not play money

    • Being the person clients actually want to hear from — translating performance data into stories that make business owners go "ah, got it" instead of glazing over

    • Setting the standard for a small team — you're not doing everything solo, but you're the one they look to when it gets tricky

    • Managing expectations honestly — no over-promising, no jargon-dumping, straight talk about what's working and what's changing


    AI is not optional

    This isn't "we're exploring AI."

    Claude Code, automated reporting workflows, AI-assisted audience research — it's already baked into how Q Agency works.

    It's how a small team competes with agencies 5x the size.

    If you've been quietly tinkering with AI tools to make your own work faster — you'll feel at home.

    If AI still feels like someone else's problem — probably not the right fit. No judgement.


    What you bring

    • 5+ years deep in Google Ads and Meta Ads — actual campaign architecture, bidding strategies, audience builds. Not boosted posts.

    • Clients trust you because you talk like a human, not a marketing textbook

    • Managed large, multi-client ad spends with the war stories and the wins to show for it

    • Already using AI tools — You get it, you're regularly watching releases and upskilling where you can and enjoy sharing it with others

    • Comfortable in a small team where there's nowhere to hide — and you like it that way

    • You lift juniors without micromanaging them into the ground

    Salary

    $120,000 – $150,000 + super.

    Start

    ASAP.

    Location

    On-site at West Sydney office for first 3 months. After probation: hybrid, 2–3 days in office.
